On extension of functions of Sobolev spaces

Abstract: Given an arbitrary number $q\in(1,2)$ we construct an example of a plain domain that admits an extension of any function belonging to the Sobolev space $W_p^1$ for $p<q$ and does not admit such an extension for $p\ge q$.
