Abstract: We answer in the negative to the next question posed by J. Väisälä: (Väisälä J Lectures on $n$-dimensional quasiconformal mappings // Lecture Notes in Math. 1971. V. 229): Does the equality $\mathcal{K}(D,D^*)=1$ imply existence for a Mobius mapping from $D$ on $D^*$, with $D$ and $D^*$ domains?
