Abstract: The notion of a nice local-global field, introduced and studied in the author's previous articles, is extended to the fields for which the family of all quasiclassical valuation rings is near Boolean. The main result of the article is the theorem of decidability of the elementary theory of the class of all such fields satisfying the maximality condition.
