Abstract: We describe the $\tau$-closed $n$-multiply local formations $\mathfrak{F}$ such that the lattice of all $\tau$-closed $n$-multiply local formations between $\mathfrak{F}$ and $\mathfrak{F}\cap\mathfrak{N}$ is Boolean.
