The completeness problem for systems of functions of the algebra of logic with unreliable realization

Abstract: The completeness problem in $P_2$ of so-called $\mu$-systems of functions of the algebra of logic with unreliable realization by means of networks of functional elements is examined. It is shown that systems of functions that are not $\mu$-systems are not complete in $P_2$. Necessary and sufficient conditions are found under which the $\mu$-system is complete in $P_2$.
