Abstract: This paper gives a classification of $N$-dimensional projective algebraic varieties $X\subset\mathbf P^N$, $X\not\subset\mathbf P^{N-1}$, $N=3n/2+2$, over an algebraically closed field of characteristic zero which can be isomorphically projected to a projective space of smaller dimension.
