Abstract:
A plane contact problem on the interaction of a rigid stamp with a poroelastic strip lying on a poroelastic half-plane is considered. The deformation of the base is modeled on the basis of the equations of the Covin-Nunziato poroelastic bodies theory. It is assumed that the base of the stamp has a flat shape, there is no friction in the contact zone. Using the integral Fourier transform, the posed problem is reduced to a singular integral equation for an unknown contact stress, which is solved using the collocation method. The values of contact stresses and the relative deformation of the surface outside the stamp are found. A comparative analysis of the studied quantities for different values of the parameters of the poroelastic band and the poroelastic half-plane has been carried out. Numerical results are presented in the form of tables and graphs.
