Abstract:
The recent advances in the gas chromatography of volatile metal complexes such as β-diketonates, adducts of β-diketonates with neutral donors, dialkyldithiocarbamates, β-ketoaminates, and other compounds are examined. Attention is mainly focused on methods for determining trace metals, capillary chromatography, chromatography in ligand vapour, and studies on the abnormal behaviour of metal chelates on a chromatography column. The bibliography includes 138 references.
