Abstract:
The application of stopped flow and reversed flow gas chromatography to the study of the kinetics of slow chemical and physical processes in chromatographic column-reactors and also to the solution of a number of analytical problems is examined. It is shown that stopped flow and reversed flow gas chromatography should be regarded as a variety of headspace analysis in chromatographic column-reactors or in microreactors incorporated in a single chromatographic system.
