Abstract: The luminescence-spectroscopic characteristics (the parameters of the absorption and luminescence spectra and the lifetimes and conditions in the observation of luminescence) of the radical products of the photolysis of aromatic compounds, namely abstraction radicals, hydro-radicals, radical-ions, and biradicals, are examined.
