Abstract:
The intermolecular interactions in hydroperoxide–amine and hydroperoxide–amine–M2+ systems in aqueous media are examined. The formation of binary complexes between the system components is demonstrated; the amine complexes of metals (MA)2+ show the highest activity in the decomposition of hydroperoxides. The fundamental kinetic characteristics of the decomposition reactions of hydroperoxides with amines in an aqueous medium in the presence and absence of metal ions are reduced from the data obtained and reaction mechanisms are proposed.
