Abstract:
The literature data on the synthesis of β-dimethylaminoethyl and choline esters of aminoacids and peptides are surveyed. The N-protecting groups used and methods for their removal as well as the physicochemical and biological properties of the above compounds are considered. The bibliography includes 69 references.
