Photochemical Reactions of Free Radicals in the Solid Phase

Abstract: The photochemical reactions of free radicals of different classes in the solid phase (solids, low-molecular-weight organic compounds, and polymers) are examined and data characterising the absorption spectra of the radicals are presented. The role of free radicals in processes involving the breakdown of substances under the action of light is discussed.
