Abstract:
Photoelectric phenomena in organic polymers are analysed, attention being paid mainly to experimental and theoretical information on the mechanism of photoconduction. Macroscopic photoelectric properties are shown to have common features in polymers, inorganic semiconductors, and organic semiconductors of low molecular weight. A list of 218 references is included.
