The Reactivities of $\dot{\mathrm{O}}\mathrm{H}$, $\dot{\mathrm{O}}^-$, $\mathrm{H}\dot{\mathrm{O}}_2$ Radicals and Oxygen Atoms in Aqueous Solutions of Aromatic Compounds
Abstract:
This review considers the results of studies on the reactivities of hydroxy- and perhydroxy-radicals and oxygen atoms with respect to aromatic derivatives of benzene, pyridine, and furan. The rate constants for the reactions investigated have been compared and a relation between them and the structure of compounds oxidised has been demonstrated.
