Abstract: A sealed electron-beam-pumped semiconductor ultraviolet laser (($\lambda_1=336$ nm and ($\lambda_2=375$ nm) was developed. Bulk single crystals of zinc oxide and zinc sulfide, grown by the hydrothermal method, were used as targets. A radiation pulse power of several hundred watts and a divergence of a few degrees were obtained.
