Abstract:
An investigation is made of the influence of the finite correlation time of dissipative processes in a liquid solution on nonlinear resonance phenomena. Typical ranges of frequencies of relaxation processes are given. Allowance for the finite relaxation time is made in a calculation of the gain of stimulated resonance Raman scattering of the first and second types excited by quasiresonant pumping. The conditions under whiph stimulated resonance Raman scattering can be observed are considered.
