Microwave test of frequency independence of Planck's constant

Abstract: It is proposed to use mixing of oscillations generated in two laser frequency standards for the improvement of the criterion representing absence of the frequency dependence of the Planck constant to within a relative value of the order of 10^–10–10^–11.
