Visualisation of optical inhomogeneities in optical processing of a distorted image of a periodic structure by spatial filtering

Abstract: It is proposed to use a reference image of a two-dimensional grating, recorded in the absence of an object, in order to eliminate defects from the image of this object in the course of visualisation of optical inhomogeneities.
