Gas-dynamic carbon monoxide laser

Abstract: Stimulated emission was obtained from CO molecules in a mixture with Ar after supersonic expansion from short planar nozzles and slits. An investigation was made of the dependence of the output power on the concentration of carbon monoxide and on the deceleration temperature of the mixture.
