Investigation of a multibeam semiconductor laser with an emitting array

Abstract: The results are reported of an experimental investigation of the characteristics of an injection laser with a quasidistributed extraction of radiation from a resonator. The possibility of formation of a narrow angular distribution of the output radiation by an interference method is considered.
