Abstract:
An estimate is given of the effective coefficient R of reflection of ruby laser radiation (λ = 0.69 μm) from the surface of a thin (of the order of 4 μm) titanium film deposited on the surface of carbon steel (carbon mass content 0.5%) by dc magnetron sputtering. The calculations are based on a comparison of the results of the effects of conventional and laser annealing on the structure of the titanium film.
