Control of the profile of a train of ultrashort pulses emitted by an actively mode-locked laser with three-stage resonator Q switching

Abstract: Control of the envelope of an output train was achieved in a pulsed laser system with active mode locking by additional switching of the resonator Q factor during the final stage of the development of lasing.
