Investigation of the energy characteristics of a chemical СO₂ laser utilizing a O₃ + D₂ + CO₂ mixture

Abstract: The operating parameters of a chemical СO₂ laser were optimized in order to achieve maximum output energy. The results obtained under pulse operation conditions were used in an estimate of possible parameters of a chemical cw СO₂ laser utilizing a D + O₃ + CO₂ + He mixture.
