Pulse stimulated emission of the 472.2 nm line of the bismuth atom

Abstract: Pulse stimulated emission of the 472.2 nm line was obtained for the first time from self-heated discharges in bismuth vapor with different buffer gases (helium, neon, argon, and nitrogen).
