CO₂/SF₆ laser with a three-mirror resonator

Abstract: A three-mirror resonator was used to reduce the saturation of the absorption in an intracavity cell. Power resonances of 0.3 mW amplitude and 100 kHz wide were observed using an absorption cell of length 0.5 m in a CO₂/SF₆ laser with a three-mirror telescopic resonator when the pressure of the absorbing gas was 0.1 Pa.
