Cascade stimulated emission from Pr3+ and Ho3+ ions in crystals containing fluorine and oxygen

Abstract: Infrared stimulated radiation (including the range of 3.6 μm) was generated for the first time using five new cascade laser schemes and flashlamp pumping of anisotropic dielectric crystals containing fluorine and oxygen and activated with Pr3+ and Ho3+ ions.
