Abstract:
A description is given of several variants of a high-voltage pulse generator based on LC circuits. This generator can supply several loads simultaneously. The construction of a generator capable of producing pulses up to 200 kV is described. Such a generator can be used as a power source of high-current accelerators and for pumping various semiconductor and gas lasers.
