Investigation of anisotropic diffused optical waveguides in LiNbO₃

Abstract: An investigation was made of the polarization and spectral characteristics of diffused optical waveguides in LiNbO₃ for different angles of the propagation of light relative to the crystal axis. The experimental results are compared with the theory.
