Optimal portfolio of interdependent projects construction and time optimization

Abstract: The paper considers one approach to solving the optimal portfolio of interdependent projects construction problem. Algorithms for optimal portfolio of effect-interdependent projects construction and time-optimization based on network programming methods are proposed.
