Abstract:
The relationship between economy development and population's paying capacity as well as the ousting of domestic products by the foreign ones are discussed. For improving population's effective demand and protecting domestic manufacturers, it's proposed to apply internal media of exchange for partial payment for domestic merchandise. Such means of payment should not be exchanged for domestic or foreign currency and can be implemented in the form of microprocessor bank cards.
