Distribution of the Number of Requests in a Queueing System with “Warm-up”

Abstract: A method is proposed for calculating the stationary probabilities of the states of an $M|G|1$ queueing system in which a request entering the unoccupied system has a service time distribution $F(t)$ and in all other cases has a service time distribution $F(t)$.
