Boolean Functions with Improper Parameters

Abstract: In this paper, Boolean functions $f(x_1,\dots,x_n,z_1,\dots,z_m)$ are considered, where $x_1,\dots,x_n$ are ordinary Boolean variables and $z_1,\dots,z_m$ are improper Boolean parameters, i.e., indicators of external factors. Algorithms for designing a circuit of functional elements that realizes an indicator $z\in\{z_1,\dots,z_m\}$ are presented.
