Abstract: A three-stage calculation scheme developed previously on the basis of a complex experimental study is used to calculate the parameters of a gas-liquid jet formed at pulse high-speed injection of a liquid fuel into a gaseous medium. The results obtained using this model are in good qualitative and quantitative agreement with experimental data, and a physically grounded explanation is offered for the discrepancies observed in some ranges of parameters.
