Viscoelastic properties of fractal media

Abstract: Temporal fractal sets for analysis of viscoelastic properties of nonhomogeneous media are considered. A fractional derivative directly related to fractal dimension is constructed. The relationship between the diffusion of the relaxation spectrum and the fractal dimension is established.
