Application of fusion reaction diagnostics to observe the redistribution of fast particles distribution function at the Gas Dynamic Trap

Abstract: The paper presents the first experiments of the evolution of the spatial profile of fusion proton emission as a result of the Alfven ion-cyclotron instability at the Gas Dynamic Trap. Such a redistribution is a consequence of a change in the distribution function of fast ions. A system of fusion proton detectors was used as recorders, the distribution function was modeled using the DOL code.
