Raman imaging of domains and fine structure of domain walls in YFeO$_3$ crystals

Abstract: A new method of Raman imaging of the domain structure and the fine structure of domain walls in magnetically ordered media is described. Possibilities of the proposed method are demonstrated by imaging the structure of domains and domain walls in a weakly ferromagnetic plate of YFeO$_3$ by constructing hyperspectral distributions of intensity variation for Raman scattering at 221 cm$^{-1}$.
