Neutron generation during pulsed discharge in deuterium

Abstract: The process of neutron generation during pulsed discharge in inhomogeneous electric field in deuterium has been studied. At a deuterium pressure of several Torr, the generation of neutrons is possible with both deuterated and deuterium-free cathodes.
