Variation of electron spectrum of elastically plane-strained graphene

Abstract: The energy spectrum of $\pi$ electrons in graphene has been theoretically studied depending on the elastic plane deformation representing either two-dimensional tension/compression or shear in arbitrary directions relative to the symmetry elements.
