The creation of an inverse electron distribution function in a hollow cathode glow discharge

Abstract: Experiments were performed in non-local near-anode plasma of glow discharge with hollow cathode. Conditions were revealed when, according to the previously obtained hydrodynamic criterion, the formation of an inverse electron distribution function should be expected.
