Peculiarities of the formation of intermetallic coatings based on platinum and zirconium

Abstract: We have studied the relationship between the method of production and properties of a multicomponent antiemission coating. A method of obtaining a complex coating with the formation of intermetallic compounds based on platinum and zirconium is proposed. A technology of Pt$_3$Zr intermetallide synthesis that ensures the formation of a uniform coating with stable composition is developed.
