Abstract:
The tetrahedral symmetry of the local environment of germanium atoms in amorphous Ge
$_2$
Sb
$_2$
Te
$_5$
films has been demonstrated by the method of Mössbauer spectroscopy on the
$^{73}$
Ge isotope.
