Photo-receiving device for conversion of energy and data transmitted via atmospheric laser channel

Abstract: A power-communicating photo-receiving device for an autonomous laser communication unit has been designed to receive energy from powerful laser radiation and convert it into electricity, as well as to simultaneously registration of information high-frequency optical signals.
