Thermophysical and mechanical properties of active membranes for photoacoustic generators of forced acoustic oscillations

Abstract: Thermophysical and mechanical properties of active membranes for photoacoustic generators of forced acoustic waves are studied. Dependencies of photoacoustic generators output characteristics versus active membranes parameters are found out for different heat power densities in the case of forced acoustic oscillations.
