Abstract: The influence of the ratio of components in polyaniline (PANI) complexes with poly(sulfonic acid) on the viscosity of their aqueous solutions and electric conductivity of layers formed thereof. The optical properties and morphology of PANI complex layers formed by ink-jet printing have been studied. The optimum ratio of components to be used in anodic buffer layers for organic solar cells is determined.
