Instability of the current of the longitudinal autosoliton in $p$-InSb in a longitudinal magnetic field

Abstract: The possibility of obtaining instabilities of the current of the longitudinal autosoliton in the dissipative structure in $p$-InSb is studied experimentally under the effect of a longitudinal magnetic field on the sample. Oscillations of three types with a range of values of the frequency and amplitude characteristic of each range, as well as its own specific mechanism of excitation of these instabilities, are found.
