Eddy currents appearing in a $p$–$n$ junction in a high microwave field

Abstract: The influence of a high-frequency quasi-potential on the electromotive force generated by a microwave field and on eddy currents in a $p$–$n$ junction has been studied. It is shown that the microwave quasi-potential reduces the eddy currents appearing in the $p$–$n$ junction.
