Abstract:
The paper studies the influence of spin-coating parameters, annealing and PEDOT:PSS suspension composition on the characteristics of a solar cell based on silicon with a nanostructured surface (“black silicon”). The optimal rotation speeds, annealing temperatures and durations for these substrates and suspension compositions are determined: 3000 rpm, 130$^\circ$C, 10 min. It is shown that a layer of natural silicon oxide formed in 30 min has a positive effect on the characteristics of the solar cell. Also, an improvement in the characteristics of solar cells was revealed when 6 vol.% isopropyl alcohol and 7.5 vol.% dimethyl sulfoxide were added to the PEDOT:PSS suspension as co-solvents.
