Tunneling current of the contact between impurity-containing graphene nanoribbons

Abstract: The current-voltage characteristics of a tunneling contact between two graphene nanoribbons containing impurity atoms are obtained based on the previously calculated density of states. The dependences on the nanoribbon geometrical and energy characteristics are calculated.
