Abstract: The structure, composition, and thermoelectric properties of cobalt monosilicide obtained by crystallization from a supersaturated solution–melt in tin are studied. A technique for the synthesis and directional solidification of microcrystalline and bulk textured materials in a single technological cycle is developed.
